Watson Clinic Announces October 2025 PEER Award Winner

Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as the recipient of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:

Jeni McCarthy R.T., CNMT – October
Jeni McCarthy, R.T. CNMT, a certified Nuclear Medicine technologist at Watson Clinic Main in Lakeland, was recently named the recipient of our PEER award for the month of October. Jeni has been with the Clinic for over 20 years. She’s praised by her colleagues and patients alike for her kind and caring composure, bringing joy to everyone she encounters with her positive and infectious attitude, and for being a great problem solver who thinks outside the box.

As PEER Award winner, Jeni received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
