Priscilla Santana, a member of the Pharmacy team at Bartow Regional Medical
Center, was named the 2022 Team Member of the Year.
Santana was one of seven standout team members recognized last year for
going above and beyond the call of duty. When she was named Team Member of the
Month last July, her teammates said of her: “Priscilla is kind and endearing with her
patients when she completes medical histories and conducts patient visits. She has
evolved into a respected and indispensable member of the team. She shows
extraordinary leadership and skills that help out new employees.”
Santana was surprised with the award at the Service Award event held on March
30 at Harmony Haven..
The remaining Team Members of the Month in 2022 were: Dania Reichart
(Infection Prevention); Sean Chlebowski (Imaging); Shona Wilkin (Wound Care);
Lyndsie Moore (Imaging); Yocsani Feliciano (Wound Care) and Daffney Horn (Nursing).
