Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:
Myrlaine Pierre – December
Myrlaine Pierre, a medical assistant who works alongside registered nurse practitioner Jean Kanidis, APRN in the office of Family Medicine physician Dr. Brett Widick at Watson Clinic Highlands, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of December. Myrlaine has been with the Clinic for seven years. She is known for always having a smile on her face, consistently making an extra effort to help patients feel cared for, and taking every opportunity to learn new skills that will improve the patient experience. She is friendly, helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with.
As PEER Award winner, Myrlaine received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
