Winter Haven, Fla. — The Polk Arts & Cultural Alliance has officially recognized Bond Clinic, P.A. as the 2024 Philanthropic Organization of the Year. The organization honored its significant contributions to the art community during the Hall of Fame Gala on October 29, 2024. This award highlights Bond Clinic’s longstanding impact and commitment to improving the lives of the community by supporting art programs around Polk County.
Theatre Winter Haven nominated Bond Clinic for this award for their ongoing support and dedication this past season. Through this collaboration, both companies aim to demonstrate the profound impact of live entertainment on individuals’ lives, fostering a sense of community, belonging, and positive change.
“We are honored to be recognized for this award and proudly support the arts community in many ways,” said Ashley Scanlan, Marketing Director at Bond Clinic. “One of our core pillars is to help with community programs that benefit all of us.
Additionally, Bond Clinic has been supporting arts programs around Polk County for years. By partnering with Polk State College, the clinic put on two photo exhibitions from local physicians called ‘Cameras for the Cause,’ with another exhibition planned for 2025. The clinic has also backed the Central Park Art Festival in Downtown Winter Haven, helped present a “Night of the Arts” event at a previous Florida Tropics Soccer Game, and the programs at Harrison School for the Arts.
Bond Clinic and Theatre Winter Haven are partnering again for another year of programs as Season 55 starts. They invite the Winter Haven area to attend a performance and experience the power of live theater by visiting www.theatrewinterhaven.com.
