south Lakeland. Ms. Taylor received her Bachelor and Master in Nursing Science degrees from the University
of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ, and her Post Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Carson-Newman
University in Jefferson City, TN. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse
Practitioners.
