Lakeland, FL — Watson Clinic has elected Rebecca Pacatte as their new Chief Operating Officer.
Pacatte brings a wealth of experience to the position, having fulfilled various duties at Watson Clinic over the past three decades. She began her career serving in clinical positions in the Clinic’s Urgent Care and Cardiothoracic Surgery departments, and later went on to a number of leadership roles, including her most recent duties as Regional Director of Watson Clinic. She received her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Polk State College in Winter Haven, where she also achieved an Advanced Certification in Healthcare Administration. She is currently nearing completion of her Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration.
“Watson Clinic has set the standard for all-inclusive healthcare for over 80 years,” said Pacatte. “As Chief Operating Officer, I look forward to helping the Clinic achieve their ambitious strategic goals to advance the level and accessibility of great healthcare in our community for future generations.”
“The position of Chief Operating Officer has been vacant for over a year, so our choice to fill that role was carefully considered and had to check a lot of boxes,” said Watson Clinic Chief Executive Officer Jason Hirsbrunner. “Rebecca has proven herself as an effective leader and teambuilder for many years, and her contributions to the Clinic and its operations have been essential. She will make an ideal addition to our senior administrative team.”
