Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for the month of September:
Kimberly Melaragni – September
Kimberly Melaragni, a Physical Therapy Assistant at the Watson Clinic Center for Rehabilitative Medicine, was named the recipient of the September PEER award. Kimberly has been with Watson Clinic for seven years. She always maintains a positive attitude, shows tremendous compassion to her patients, and is widely admired for being a true role model and team player in every sense.
As PEER Award winner, Kimberly received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
