Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for the month of July:
Sherry Nulph – July
Sherry Nulph, an assistant in our Clinical Informatics department, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of July. Sherry has been with the Clinic for 29 years, and has coached and trained a countless number of team members over the course of her career. She remains a thorough, kind and patient trainer who personalizes her approach to each individual’s needs, and she’s always available to assist where she’s needed. So many team members throughout the Clinic rely on her knowledge and are inspired by her enthusiasm.
As PEER Award winner, Sherry received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
