Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding team member every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to a team member who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following team member was recognized for this current month:
Kathy Yount – August
Kathy Yount, a Business Office Counselor in Watson Clinic’s Patient Financial Services department, was recently named the recipient of the PEER award for the month of August. Kathy has been with the Clinic for 14 years, and is known for her excellent customer service skills, her professionalism, and for always treating people the way she would want to be treated. Her colleagues all across the Clinic are aware of the effort she makes to help patients manage their medical bills.
As PEER Award winner, Kathy received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate to the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic.
