PCMA Letter: An easy way to find the specialist you need

As you might already know, the 2014 Central Florida Physicians Directory and Medical Professionals Guide was made available early and can be found at convenient medical facilities all around the region, as well as online at www.CentralFloridaHealthNews.com.  We published the directory early for several reasons, but one of them was to make sure you have the most recent listings of local medical doctors available to you now.

In light of the numerous changes the Affordable Care Act is bringing about to your health insurance status and the coverage of your plan, many of you might be looking for a new doctor or specialist.  The 2014 Central Florida Physicians Directory and Medical Professionals Guide is the perfect tool to finding a new local physician with ease.  It is sorted by specialty, and also includes an alpha-index if you know the name of the doctor you’re looking for.

In addition, all of our Polk County Medical Association (PCMA) members are highlighted, which makes them even easier to find.  Each PCMA member has agreed to abide by the Code of Ethics set forth by the American Medical Association, so when looking for a new physician, you can rest assured that PCMA doctors are SoniArvinddedicated to providing the highest quality of medical care with integrity and compassion.

If you’re in need of a new physician, specialist or medical professional, the directory is the fastest and easiest way to find local medical care.  Here is a link where you can view the directory now.

As always, the physicians of the Polk County Medical Association are here to help you live a healthier lifestyle, so we hope you enjoy this edition of Central Florida Health News magazine.

Sincerely,

Arvind B. Soni, M.D.
Director of Radiation Oncology
St. Joseph’s Hospital, BayCare Health System
