Central Florida Health Care Holds Ribbon-Cutting for New Bartow Location

BARTOW, FLA. – On Wednesday, July 24, Central Florida Health Care (CFHC) held the ribbon-cutting for its new health center in the heart of Bartow. The facility, located at 1190 E. Church St. in the downtown area, officially opened its doors July 1.

Central Florida Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is experiencing a surge in patients, and this new health center will further expand its services. This will be the 16th CFHC location, offering a comprehensive range of medical services, a state-of-the-art lab, and a full-service pharmacy all under one roof. This comprehensive approach to healthcare ensures that all your healthcare needs can be met in one place, providing a sense of reassurance and convenience for the residents of Bartow.

CEO Ann Claussen says, “Central Florida Health Care is excited to open a new health center in Bartow. We have discussed expanding services to the city for several years, and our recent needs assessment strongly supported this opportunity. We will open with medical staff and pharmacy services. We will be looking for property in Bartow to build a larger health center to expand services to include pediatrics, dental, OB-GYN, and behavioral health for the Bartow residents.”
