Winter Haven Hospital recently wel-
comed 15 students to its Career Camp, a 
BayCare Youth Program that introduces 
students to the careers available in the 
medical field. The camp, which is open 
to students entering the ninth and tenth 
grades in the coming year, offers hands-
on experiences, valuable insights, and 
a deeper understanding of clinical and 
non-clinical careers in health care. This 
year, the students explored many of the 
career opportunities available, including 
respiratory therapy, rehab, and radiation 
oncology.
